I"ve contacted all 50 Chicago Alderman two years ago about unarmed shooting. I emailed the Governor of Illinois about unarmed shooting and the "Hands Up Act". Now another person son was shot unarmed because Police Officer are not punished. Share the "Hands Up Act" with friends and family the fight continues!!
