President Trump said " When the looting starts, the shooting starts." This is unacceptable and could lead to unarmed people dying. Possibly resulting in the officers not being held accountable. We need the "Hands Up Act". We need to reach more than 1 million signatures. There needs to be a punishment for shooting unarmed people.
