Today gives us reason to hope. Momentum is gaining from inside the Electoral College to compel members to vote their conscience. Those who've already proudly declared they will be "faithless electors" on December 19th are actively working to persuade electors from both sides of the aisle to join them. Our petition supports this effort. By calling for legally empowered bodies to prosecute Trump and/or Trump entities for unlawful acts, including violations of the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the Electoral College can fulfill the oath they are sworn to uphold: "to defend (their) country and Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic."
