Even though they are gone, along with nearly 3000 Americans(including honorable heroes), the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center are important, iconic buildings for not only NYC but also the rest of America, and by not building replicas of them that look the same as the originals on the outside and on the inside on certain floors(like the lobbies), but are safer and more technologically up-to-date, like the Freedom Tower, we are letting Al-Qaeda win! By not building replicas of the Twin Towers, we are letting Osama bin Laden win and we are letting the 19 airplane hijackers that enacted the attacks of 9/11 win! We cannot allow that! By adding replicas of the Twin Towers to the current plans for the future of the World Trade Center site, and making the World Trade Center site grander than ever before, we will show Al-Qaeda and all other terrorist organizations that we are not afraid of them and that we are much stronger than they believe.
