Reminders

• Palestinians held in Israeli detention facilities without charges are effectively hostages.
• The credibility of charges made against other Palestinians must be questioned.
• Why? IDF systematically tortures Palestinians. Confessions given under any form of torture are not credible and violate the UN Convention Against Torture. 
• We also learned UNRWA workers were tortured by IDF into making false confessions. We should now question the credibility of other criminal allegations made against Palestinians, especially where Israel claims confessions were "given."

All claims made by the Israeli government or its security forces should be investigated by an independent, credible entity.
