Big cats are bred, exploited and mistreated for profit in the United States, as clearly shown in the Netflix series Tiger King. The cubs are removed from their mother immediately, exploited as toys and the owners have financial motivation to euthanize the animals as soon as they are grown and no longer generating income. Put a stop to this financial exploitation by supporting the Big Cat Public Safety Act.

The Big Cat Public Safety Act is pending in Congress right now, and if it's passed, privately owning big cats would become illegal in the United States. The bill would also stop people who exhibit tigers and other large cat species from allowing the public to have direct contact with big cats or cubs.

The animals should be the first concern of all who watched Tiger King, not the various characters involved. Let’s put the focus back on them. Animal abuse should never be confused with individual freedom. Please help make the US a safe place for the Big Cats by signing this petition.
