Tēnā koutou - from my daughter, her classmates and me - to all who have signed this petition, we now have 580 signatures! Your support means more than you know.

These new graduate Nurses, who have worked incredibly hard to serve our communities for 3 years, should be stepping into the NZ workforce with pride and security - not uncertainty and fear. By signing, you are standing with them at a critical moment.

Before we submit this to Parliament, I want to ensure we reach at least 1,000 signatures - every single one strengthens our voice.
