An update from Oxfordshire County Council:

We have carried out an extensive assessment of the B4507 and have scheduled works to improve signage and junction markings at a number of locations along the route. In addition, Oxfordshire County Council's Vision Zero Team is currently undertaking a review of speed limits on A and B roads within the Vale of White Horse District. This review includes the B4507 between Wantage and Ashbury, where a reduction in the speed limit to 40 mph is being proposed. Stakeholder consultation is currently underway, and implementation of any approved changes is anticipated during 2027.
