Actualización de la peticiónUrgent Road Safety Review Needed: Dangerous Bulla Rd/Bell St Exit - Tullamarine Fwy, VIC

8 Years On - The Tullamarine Freeway Safety Issues Remain Unresolved!

To everyone who supported my original petition, thank you!

I originally launched this petition in November 2018, and by the time I paused the campaign during the COVID-19 pandemic, it gained 308 signatures. Thank you so much for your support!

I'm reaching out because I've decided to revive this petition. Eight years later, the issue remains unresolved and, in my experience, the situation has become significantly worse and more dangerous. That's why I'm asking for your support once again.

When I first launched this campaign, I was concerned about the dangerous merging arrangements at the Bulla Road/Bell Street Exit on the Tullamarine Freeway, particularly where traffic enters from Essendon Fields.

With traffic volumes having returned, the dangerous merging conditions are once again impossible to ignore.

This is not simply about traffic congestion; it is about preventing a serious accident before it happens.

I have updated the petition with a recent photograph, and a renewed call for action. I've also identified 10 key decision makers, including the Victorian Premier, Minister for Roads and Road Safety, local MPs, councils and relevant road authorities.

I am calling for an urgent independent road safety review, an assessment of the merging arrangements and practical engineering solutions to address this longstanding problem.

Here is where I need your help. If you have already signed, thank you! Please share the petition with family, friends, colleagues and anyone who uses the Tullamarine Freeway.

If you haven't signed, I encourage you to add your voice. Every signature and every share helps demonstrate that motorists and the wider community want action.

We should not wait for a serious collision or loss of life before something is done.

Please help get this petition moving again!

Thank you for your continued support. Together, we can push for safer roads for everyone!
