An update for today's progress: A meeting was held with the SE of EB at their office near Tidel Park, including participants such as myself, Prakash Rao, President OOOA⁩, OOOA manager Suresh, SO Velmurugan, and ASO Vasan.

We explained the problem faced by our residents and requested for short term solution by connecting us back to Navallur substation and long term solution by setting up the substation with in our society. The SE was understanding and directed the AE of Navallur to address the matter promptly and instructed him to report back by the day's end. 

Appreciation goes to @⁨Velmurugan Security Officer, Opaline⁩ and @Vasan, ASO for their proactive efforts in arranging the meeting with the SC. Additionally, credit to @⁨OOOA Manager Suresh⁩ for managing communications and coordination among all involved parties. Mr. Sam from Emerald also lent support by leveraging his connections to brief the SE about the issue. Moreover, @⁨EC Veera Jade Tower Rep⁩ has connections that will aid in follow-up and resolution. A commendable display of teamwork.
