Glendale residents, if we do not pack the City Council meeting this Tuesday, we will continue to lose our city, our privacy, and our financial stability to an agenda designed to control, suppress, and place us under implied consent without our knowledge.
The 15-Minute City is not just one project—it is an entire framework of control. Everything the City Council is currently voting on—rezoning, condensed housing, high-density developments, surveillance programs, smart meters, utility hikes, "multimodal" implementations, the Verdugo Wash project and so much more—as part of the 15-Minute City agenda.
Much more is being planned behind closed doors that we are not being told about. They are voting on projects we have not been fully informed about, and we will not allow them to push through hidden policies under implied consent. We demand a full stop on all projects until we have every detail in writing.
THE 15 MINUTE CITY IMPLEMENTATIONS WILL DESTROY OUR RIGHTS AND DRAIN OUR WALLETS
Higher Rent, Tax and Insurance Costs – The Verdugo Wash Plan will skyrocket insurance rates, raise rents, and increase taxes while eliminating our taxpayer-funded flood protection. This project is estimated to cost over 1 Billion dollars to complete.
More Taxes – Every one of these projects comes with a massive price tag, and you will be the one paying for it. It begins with seemingly smaller amounts, but grows into larger expenditures as the roll outs continue.
Higher Utility Bills –Electricity rates are already at record highs—and climbing.
Water rates are next—expect another increase soon.
Gas has become unaffordable—how much more can we take?
We cannot afford to keep paying for their agenda.
CITY COUNCIL IS ENGAGING IN DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES
They are deliberately shutting down public voices by turning off the public-facing cameras when residents speak during City Council meetings. This is suppression, censorship, and a direct violation of our rights.
They are ignoring our demands, suppressing public dissent, and moving forward without our consent.
They work for us—not the other way around. We demand a full stop to all projects until residents receive every piece of information they are legally required to provide.
WE THE PEOPLE will let them know when they can move forward after we have FULL knowledge and time to appropriately research and understand ALL measures.

The Entire 15-Minute City Framework – Every item on their agenda is a piece of this plan. It is about limiting movement, increasing surveillance, raising costs, and stripping property rights.
The Verdugo Wash Master Plan – Will drive up insurance, raise rents, and increase taxes—all while taking away our flood protection.
La Crescenta Bike Lanes – Forced upon us despite our rejection. This is not about bike safety—it is about changing our roads to fit their agenda.
Glendale Garden Homes Apartments – High-density housing that will destroy our neighborhoods and cram us into small, government-controlled zones.
Citywide Rezoning – A move to push stacked housing, eliminate single-family homes, and take control over how we live.
Smart Meters and Surveillance – A direct attack on privacy and health. Proven to cause cancer and illness, these meters allow them to track every move we make in our own homes.

We need over 100 people in that room. More. Spread the word. Pack the seats. Fill the halls. Speak. Make them hear us. If we do not push back now, this agenda will move forward. And once it is done, we will not be able to undo it.
