Having to change career location because her mother has dementia to be able to care for her mother, and then lying as to when K9 Indy will be taken, November 1. But doing it before then? Shameful!! Treating this K9 Officer with such disrespect should be an embarrassment to your department. Not supporting your fellow law enforcement and treating them so disrespectful says a lot to the community that these law enforcement put their lives on the line everyday to protect. Shame on you Commander Dave Frattare. My son is a Sargent and K9 Officer and highly respected and supported by our police department and our community. Your actions, Commander Dave Frattare, is an embarrassment to all LEO’s. Time for your community to reevaluate their Commander’s actions and term of service!! Investigator Beth Crano deserves justice for the emotional trauma she, her family, and K9 Indy are enduring. You have vets saying K9 is enduring stress from separation anxiety. She is confused, heartbroken, and needs to know where her partner is. Obviously Commander Dave Frattare has no clue about K9’s and the bond between their Law Enforcement Officers. #JusticeforIndy
