In an effort to educate the world community we acknowledge our concerns, about the ongoing hazards wreaked by this nuclear disaster on 3.11.11, to the Consulates of Japan, in letters to be delivered to the Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe, according to the protocol laid down by Japanese law and by the right granted by Article 16 of the Constitution of Japan.
