I need to make sure everyone has the correct information about tonight's hearing.

When we wrote the petition we were not acquainted with much of the nomenclature that this type of event requires. We were under the impression that a variance request was being submitted. We now know that the original request was for a use permit. This DOES NOT change the zoning. However, if the use permit is approved it would ABSOLUTELY change the essence of our neighborhood and cause issues as stated in the petition.

I apologize for any misunderstanding but believe that regardless of the type of request the consequences would be the same.
