Hi Supporters,

Proud to announce as advocates of supporting Local Manufacturers with the aim to boost job creation, we have made a Campaing Victory: "The SABS passed the first reusable sanitary standard: The manufacturer of Washable, Reusable Sanitary Towels (SANS 1812) on 6 May 2020."

This comes to show that our Menstrual Health Actividm as a collective is paying off, the South African Government together with Standard setters are listening. 

Let's continue putting pressure and calling on the South African Government to do more for young girls & women through eradicating period poverty.
