To everyone who signed Noah’s Social Host petition: thank you. Your signature helped build a movement of 5,960 people—but now we need to turn those signatures into individual, respectful messages asking Oklahoma officials to act while lawful options may still remain.
Today, seven separate emails were sent and verified. They went to District Attorney Jason Hicks, Representative Stacy Jo Adams, Senator Spencer Kern, the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office, the OSBI tip line, and—through District Attorney Hicks—separately addressed copies for Assistant District Attorney John M. Weedn and First Assistant District Attorney Cortnie Siess.
Each message included the live petition and asked officials to ensure that all relevant evidence and investigative materials have reached the appropriate charging authority before the apparent September 4, 2026 limitations deadline.
As of August 13, that date is only 22 days away.
The exact application of any statute of limitations is a legal determination for prosecutors. We are not asking anyone to presume guilt, accuse someone without evidence, or bypass due process. We are asking for a complete, lawful, and timely review before a potentially important deadline passes.
We Need Every Signer to Send One Respectful Message
Please write in your own words whenever possible. Send separate emails to the appropriate offices rather than placing everyone on one mass email. Send each office one thoughtful message—do not repeatedly email, threaten, insult, or harass anyone.
