Update 29 Aug

Quick update [29 Aug]: The Government's State Members, e.g., Jackson Taylor (Labour MP), acknowledged this issue. They will pass it over to the relevant Minister's Office. I am told they will advise us once they hear back from the relevant Minister (it could take several weeks, though).

An email (before initiating the petition) was also sent to Daniel Andrews, VMIA CEO and VMIA Insurance Chief, highlighting the severity of this issue. A response is yet to be received. 

For now, I recommend we keep going with signing the petition.
