Solidarity with Academics for Peace- Clarification
Jan 13, 2016 — Dear Supporters,
Following today's call for solidarity with Academics for Peace, I have realised that our petition on change.org has been mistaken for a letter of solidarity. Please note that you are invited to show solidarity with Academics for Peace by signing their petition available at the link below. To do so, you need to email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our petition was written in response to the Ankara Massacre on 10 October 2015. That is way before the political events, brought to your attention today, occurred.
Since no one has been brought to justice with respect to the Ankara Massacre, our petition is still relevant. However, signing it won't mean support for Academics for Peace.
