Hi All, When I started this petition I had never imagined it would gain this much traction. I thank everyone for their contribution in ensuring that our collective voice is heard by the right people. Banking regulations are going through sweeping reforms at the moment and I hope end user convenience is given continued preference in all policy decisions our regulators take. I received this reply from the RBI and I am pasting it here verbatim. I hope it provides some modicum of relief to everyone affected.
