HELLO EVERYONE !!

As you all know,

we had filed a case against the Union of India, involving the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), the Ministry of Education, and other concerned authorities.

I, Danish Daula, was the main petitioner in this matter.

I’m happy to inform you that our case, initially filed under Diary No. 64117/2026 – ABUDANISH vs. UNION OF INDIA, was been successfully registered in the Supreme Court of India as W.P. (C) No. 001362/2026.

Unfortunately, the petition was dismissed at the very first hearing by the Chief Justice of India (CJI), as the Court had already received multiple petitions concerning the same issue and this decision will take by government after stray round councelling.

However, our fight for this cause is not over!

Senior Advocate P. Wilson has personally written to the Ministry of Health and the Prime Minister, urging them to address this important concern. He has also raised the issue publicly, bringing further attention to the demand for reducing the minimum qualifying percentile for NEET-UG 2026.

LET'S HOPE FOR THE BEST!
