IMPORTANT UPDATE - 12TH DECEMBER 2023

On behalf of those residents on The Maples that are campaigning to keep our whole estate safe, we thank you - your support has been invaluable.

We will not stop campaigning until the whole estate can be opened safely to both residents and other road users. 

It is important for the residents of Buntingford to understand that we want the road open - safety has been our only opposition. 

Also, it is fundamental to reiterate that all the works being carried out would be at the expense of Redrow and not council money! Therefore, this is why it is so important to ensure that the works are completed safely in the first case, so no funds are taken from council tax payers of Buntingford residents to rectify the dangers at a later date, which they will have to do if ignored!

We have been informed that there will be a public meeting where a Q&A session will be allowed. We have been informed, by email, from Councillor Vicky Glover-Ward that more than 7 days’ notice will be provided, so we will share this date, time and venue with you all.
