The latest news is that Glen Eira Council has agreed to advocate with the Minister for Roads and Road Safety and the Minister for Education to ensure a safer pedestrian crossing for our children. Glen Eira College appreciates the support of the local Council and the wider community on this urgent safety issue. The comments on the online petition show some of the near misses our children are experiencing from dangerous and distracted drivers.
