Discriminatory laws: South Africa imposed Bantustan laws; Israel enacted the Nation-State Law, restricting self-determination to Jews alone, alongside a web of laws limiting Palestinian building, family unification, and movement.
Restricted movement: South Africa imposed pass laws on Blacks, while Israel besieges Gaza, enforces military checkpoints, and fragments the West Bank.
Security repression: The apartheid regime relied on arrests and torture; Israel systematically employs bombardment, assassinations, and administrative detention against Palestinians.
Where Israel Surpasses in Brutality:
Eliminationist nature: In South Africa, the goal was to exploit Blacks as labor; Israel seeks to expel Palestinians and erase their existence through ethnic cleansing.

شهد العالم في القرن العشرين إنهيار نظام الفصل العنصري في جنوب إفريقيا بعد عقود من التمييز والقمع والإستيلاء على الأرض. هذا النظام أُدين بصفته جريمة ضد الإنسانية، وتعرض لعزلة ومقاطعة دولية شاملة حتى سقوطه. غير أن ما يجري اليوم في فلسطين يؤكد أنّ العالم أمام نسخة أكثر وحشية من الأبارتهايد، لكنها تحظى بحماية القوى الغربية، وفي مقدمتها الولايات المتحدة وأوروبا.
أوجه التشابه مع نظام الأبارتهايد في جنوب إفريقيا:
الاستيلاء على الأرض: كما صادر المستوطنون البيض أراضي الأغلبية السوداء، تقوم إسرائيل بمصادرة الأراضي الفلسطينية وتوسيع المستوطنات الخاصة باليهود فقط.
القوانين التمييزية: فرضت جنوب إفريقيا قوانين البانتوستان، فيما أصدرت إسرائيل قانون القومية الذي يحصر حق تقرير المصير باليهود، إلى جانب منظومة من القوانين التي تقيد البناء ولمّ الشمل والتنقل للفلسطينيين.
تقييد الحركة: فرضت جنوب إفريقيا تصاريح مرور للسود، بينما تحاصر إسرائيل غزة وتغلق الحواجز العسكرية وتقطع أوصال الضفة الغربية.
القمع الأمني: كما لجأ نظام الأبارتهايد إلى الاعتقالات والتعذيب، تواصل إسرائيل القصف، الاغتيالات، والاعتقالات الإدارية بحق الفلسطينيين. حيث تتفوق إسرائيل في الوحشية
الطابع الإحلالي: في جنوب إفريقيا كان الهدف استغلال السود كقوة عمل، أما إسرائيل فتهدف إلى تهجير الفلسطينيين ومحو وجودهم عبر التطهير العرقي.
الحروب والإبادة: لم يخض نظام الأبارتهايد حروب إبادة شاملة ضد السود، بينما تشن إسرائيل حروب إبادة على غزة، بالتجويع والقصف الممنهج.
الدعم الدولي: عُزلت جنوب إفريقيا دوليًا حتى سقط نظامها، بينما تواصل إسرائيل جرائمها بغطاء غربي سياسي وعسكري واقتصادي، ما يكشف حجم ازدواجية المعايير.
لماذا يجب إعادة تصنيف الصهيونية كإيديولوجية عنصرية؟
لأنها تقوم على انحرافات توراتية مضللة وأكاذيب بيولوجية لتبرير الاستعمار والتطهير العرقي.
لأنها لا تكتفي بتهديد الفلسطينيين، بل تزعزع الأمن والسلم الدوليين من خلال إشعال الحروب وتوسيع الاحتلال.
لأنها تهدم أسس النظام الدولي القائم على العدالة والمساواة، وتكشف نفاق الدول الغربية التي ترفع شعارات حقوق الإنسان بينما توفر الغطاء لأبشع جرائم العصر.
حتى وإن توقفت الحرب في غزة اليوم، فلن يتغير جوهر المشكلة، لأن الصهيونية كأيديولوجية عنصرية ستواصل إنتاج سياسات القمع والتهجير والاستيطان. فالمجازر والحروب ليست سوى تجلّيات دورية لهذه الأيديولوجية، أما بنيتها الأساسية فهي قائمة على نفي الآخر وحرمانه من أبسط حقوقه. ومن ثم، فإن المطالبة بإعادة تصنيف الصهيونية كأيديولوجية عنصرية ستظل قائمة وملحّة، ولن تتوقف حتى يتحقق ذلك التصحيح التاريخي والقانوني.
إذا كان العالم قد أجمع على أن الأبارتهايد في جنوب إفريقيا يمثل جريمة ضد الإنسانية، فإن الأبارتهايد الصهيوني أشد قسوة وخطورة. الصهيونية ليست مجرد سياسة استعمارية؛ إنها إيديولوجية عنصرية تهدد ليس فقط الشعب الفلسطيني، بل القيم الإنسانية ذاتها.
ومن هنا تأتي ضرورة إعادة تصنيف الصهيونية عالميًا باعتبارها أيديولوجية عنصرية تشكل خطرًا على العدالة، وعلى فكرة إنسانية النظام الدولي، وعلى الأمن والسلم العالميين.
