Tennessee ABC Grants Extension of TN DEPT OF AGRICULTURE HEMP PROGRAM!!!!! THIS IS GREAT NEWS!!!! Current Hemp Laws from the TN DEPT OF AG still in effect until June 30, 2026 for those who were granted LICENSES from the TDA before 12.31.2025. This extension allows these legacy Licensees to operate under the CURRENT LAW.
