This bill promotes and further pushes an illegal black market as the only option for cannabis flower in TN!
This bill negatively impacts thousands of businesses across Tennessee, and thousands of jobs…..
This bill doesn’t stop with THCa, this also affects all HDCP (Hemp Derived Cannabinoids) products too like Delta 8, Delta 10, HHC, THCP, and others)…..
This bill has so many things wrong with it. Suppliers and Distributors have been working with legislators to make a viable and ethical cannabis industry in Tennessee and then this bill comes along!!!
This will negatively impact the farms and farmers that will be shut down with the passage of this bill! Support TN agriculture and our farms!
