Thank you Amy Barela for taking the time to reply.  I appreciate you are saving money for a project and I agree that we do need a mental health facility.  That is a step in the right direction.  Thanks for not offering to put the homeless on a bus to Las Cruces.

Please also consider applying for grants to help get this project even sooner.  We have several people in the county who are interested in grant writing.  If anybody wants to lend a hand please make contact.
