Dear Forfeiture Committee 

My name is ________________

I am contacting you as a concerned member of the public, regarding an individual named Anna Kennedy who was awarded with an OBE in 2012.

I believe that she has brought the honours system into disrepute with her unprofessional, incompetent behaviour regarding the care and health of disabled pupils in Baston House, a school she ran as a director.

She allowed pupils into the school in July 2010, although it did not officially open as a school until the December.

Pupils there were routinely improperly restrained. The restraints being applied on children as young as eight, five grown men on one child at s time.

The manhandling of these children caused bruises, other injuries, pain and trauma. 

One young man in particular named Dominic Page was repeatedly locked in a cupboard, and was sexually abused by a fellow pupil, as were his friends.

They were eight years old at the time.

Dominic's father Mark Page, along with other parents complained to Anna Kennedy, she did nothing to stop any of the abuse and systematically blocked their phone numbers, emails and any contact on social media.

While this was all going on, she was awarded the OBE.

Anna Kennedy stepped down as a director of Baston in 2013, not long after the parents started to complain.

However she still benefits from monetary earnings from Outcomes First, the company that now runs Baston and her other school Hillingdon Manor. She has done so since she stepped down and continues to do so. 

This is disgraceful behaviour from Anna Kennedy.
