On Feb 7th the ND House passed the 2nd reading of HB1144, which moves the bill to the Senate side for review and vote.

This bill directly will affect what the Devils Lake School board can and cannot do with the bathrooms in the district, including at Prairie View Elementary School. 

The next school board meeting is on February 24th at 12 noon. I have included the agenda, which indicates there will be discussion about the plans at the school.
