There is A CRITICAL North Dakota legislative bill currently in the works and we need you to step up and help. This bill will directly affect what the DLPS board is or is not allowed to do with the Prairie View (or any other) bathrooms in the district. If this passes, the school board /admin will have to change the plan.
The hearing at the capitol for this issue is on Monday.
Testimonies must be submitted no later than Monday at 1:30 PM CST to be considered.
Notice: The bill will still make accommodations for transgender students to use a separate restroom. So, in essense all student's needs will be met.
