Dad got new Xrays and recasted yesterday. Still two more weeks in a cast.  Then Dad has to wear a medical boot for several weeks. He's making progress and healing up.  His eye is still messed up and we are waiting for our appointment with an ophthalmologist.

Also, Officer Trogdon comes over again today to collect a USB drive with loads of pictures and video evidence. We are making sure that we upload these to a cloud drive to keep them safe and we are also emailing everything to the Executive Director of DA's as well as Special Prosecutor Smith in Raleigh. 

Medical evidence still has not been collected from doctors. So we will stay on top of that to make sure its added to the investigation.
