Hi all, I wanted to let you know that we now have 761 signatures on this petition. Thank you so much for your support!

I’ve been busy and hadn’t had much time to post a thought out update unfortunately, but I recently rediscovered that this petition was mentioned in both GameRant and Screen Rant. That’s right, major gaming news outlets are talking about this. Proof that our voices are being heard, and we’re hitting a nerve in the industry.

Let me be clear:

This petition isn’t about being anti-Nintendo; it’s about being pro-freedom, pro-fair use, and pro-indie devs who have the guts to make something different. Something better than the increasingly lazy, copy-paste garbage the big players keep pushing.

Palworld is its own game; with unique ideas, original mechanics, and a distinct identity. It deserves to exist on its own merits, without being shadowed or threatened by lawsuits and scare tactics.

No developer should suffer this kind of intimidation simply for creating something fresh and fun.

🔥 Let’s push this past 1,000 signatures.

Lets show the industry and specifically Nintendo that we’re not backing down. Together, we can keep this conversation alive and make sure the next creative dev doesn’t get bullied into silence.

As they continue to edit patents and create more patents in desperate attempts to suppress smaller studios, and creativity as a whole, we need to get louder, remind them who puts dollars into their pockets.

I'm thankful for all you guys and screenrant as well as gamerant for helping move this along, stay blessed.
