City of Niagara Falls Notice of Public Meeting - AM-2021-016 and AM-2022-015

Good Afternoon,

Please be advised that the applicant has requested to defer the Recommendation Report with respect to the Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment applications (AM-2021-016 and AM-2022-015) for 9015 and 8970 Stanley Avenue, the lands to the east and west of 8970 Stanley Avenue, and the lands on the south side of Lyons Creek Road, east of Stanley Avenue. The applicant requested to defer so that they can assess the numerous comments provided by Staff, agencies, and the public.

Although the Public Meeting will proceed this evening as scheduled, please note that a subsequent Public Meeting will be scheduled at a later date once more information is received. Notice of the second Public Meeting will be provided a minimum of 20 days in advance in accordance with the Planning Act.
