Thank you for your support of the petition to urge Midland City Council to vote NO on Conditional Use Permit (CUP) #95. 

This CUP would have permitted a very large B&B to operate at 1109 W. St. Andrews Road in Midland.

A packed public hearing on Monday evening, Jan 12, provided the opportunity for citizens to give direct feedback to council that a commercial lodging establishment in a residential neighborhood would jeopardize the health, safety and welfare of everyone living nearby. 

We thank city council for listening to our concerns and acting in the best interest of ALL residents that live in residential zones in Midland.
