Wow!  We have achieved a landmark event by finally reaching 200 signatures!  Because the authors of this petition are still enjoying the promotion efforts of change.org, (at a $25 investment), the petition remains open for new signatures.  
I appreciate every person who read the petition and signed it!  But now for this final haul, I am asking that each of you share the petition with 2 friends and encourage them to sign.  If each one of the signed supporters are successful in getting just 2 signatures, we would have 600 signatures - a number that Meijer might take seriously!                                Additionally, while the petition is focused on bringing Meijer to this vacant lot, we have a back-up plan in case Meijer does not act on this. There are a couple other major midwest retailers that can be considered who will receive copies of this petition should Meijer decide to pass on us. One such retailer is Fresh Thyme (which could be an alternative to Meijer since Meijer is the parent copy of Fresh Thyme. There are at least three others who may be considered as well. 
So, please, just two friends is all you folks need to send this petition to for them to sign.  Hopefully, you will do this.
