The NDIA's Design Hub team are recruiting paid participants to take part in Support Needs Assessment testing.

They are looking for NDIS participants, and the people who support them, to take part in testing activities about the Support Needs Assessment process.

The feedback and experiences of these participants will help the NDIA understand how the Support Needs Assessment process can be more accessible, inclusive, and supportive for people with a range of needs.

The opportunity is seeking participants who identity with any of the following:

Have autism.
Have a psychosocial disability.
Have a nominee, guardian or other substitute decision-maker who supports decision-making on their behalf.
Use supported decision-making arrangements.
The team would like to speak to participants who may need extra support to engage in assessments and planning processes. This includes those who use supported decision-making arrangements, and participants who are supported by a nominee guardian, family member, support worker, or other trusted supporter.

This is a paid opportunity.

Expressions of Interest close on Sunday, 4 December 2026, and testing activities will take place online between November 2026 and April 2027.
