As of right now, over 100 people have signed! We are on our way to 1K and I can't wait to see how many signatures come in this week. Unfortunately, due Governor Lombardo’s allegiance to the Trump regime, Nevada continues to cooperate with ICE, and plans to incorporate the National Guard for assistance. This comes shortly after the Dept. of Justice targets Nevada for its public pushback to the unlawful tactics of ICE and continued pressure from local organizations advocating for civil rights to be protected. The time to speak up is now! A simple act like signing and sharing this petition can go a long way, but I encourage everyone who has signed to find an organization where they can volunteer and make their voices heard even louder. Many volunteer tasks can be done in person, online, by phone, or at home. Every effort helps ensure our collective safety. Our civil rights and democracy itself are at stake.
