Opposition is growing

"For heaven’s sake, this is the Grand Canyon — one of the natural wonders of the world," Horstman said during Tuesday's meeting. "This is an area of profound historical, cultural, geographical, recreation and spiritual significance." Says Coconino County Supervisor.
