Thanks so much for those who have already signed and shared, I cannot thank you enough. We have now been told that we have to submit a GCCC petition, so we've now been doing that also, with anyone that can personally sign it, as it needs to have everyones addresses on it. There is now a solicitor trying to sort this out also and has asked for an extension as we had a 30 day payment sent through, but looks like we have the extension accepted as I haven't heard anything recently. Please stop paying for anymore signatures as I think the council are going to try and ignore, but any letters of support can be sent through, especially if your child/ren have really benefited from their time at Sunny Skye's previously or presently. Thanks again, I'm very tired of the fight, but when you're are passionate and know you are clearly getting stooped by the GCCC, then it doesn't matter how tired I am, I'll keep fighting with my tribe and that is ALL of YOU. I've spoken with other small business owners now from the swim school and it's not even about just me now, it's clearly a bigger problem and the GCCC should have the initiative to tier there Infrastructure charges, especially with a change of use, to a small, medium or large scale if its a small pilates studio, or yoga etc, not be on the same charges as a GCCC sized facility like Palm Beach Aqyuatic or Miami Aquatic Centre for example.
