I now know in 2013, SCOTUS prohibited non-lawyers from arguing Cases. It's against equal protection laws and should be reversed immediately because of U. S. Constitutional rights. Also, to establish 10 percent yearly of non-lawyers to be Granted.  In other words, out of 85,000 Cases Granted each year will contain 8,500 non-lawyers to be Granted yearly as well.  Therefore, SCOTUS Case #17-798 Denial must be reversed to Granted immediately because I'm a non-lawyer and not a single non-lawyer Case was Granted in 2017!
