The Sexual Assault Survivors' Bill of Rights (A8401C) was sent to Governor Cuomo's desk on Tuesday, December 11. According to New York constitution, Governor Cuomo has 10 days to sign this bill into law, codifying civil rights for more than 6.8 million survivors.
