Keep it going! If you know any folks in the general area: other skaters, parents of skaters, roller bladers, roller skaters, bikers, scooters, any one who uses a skatepark regardless of choice of toy, please share this with them. I would be very grateful.

Couple of notes:

• Change.org asks for a donation when you sign. This is optional and please be aware that the donation, while partially helps to promote this petition, goes directly to fund Change.org services and not to any funding of this potential project. Again, donating is optional. I do not expect you to.
• Location: I have an idea of a good spot, but a location decision is up to city and stakeholders at the park. 
• Sections of Heartwell are very, very busy at times due to the numerous youth team sports throughout the year and parking is a huge issue. My vision is for a small spot suitable for the families in the neighborhood, not a "destination" spot. (There is a rad large skatepark being planned in a different area of Long Beach that you may hear about soon.)
