Approaching 1,000 online signatures. Early voting starts in one week.

Currently we are hovering at 873 signatures. I know everyone is tired, but please encourage others to sign and share. The goal is 1,000 online signatures by next Thursday. Early voting starts on Friday, September 18th. We will no longer accept Candidate signatures past that point. If you do not see a candidate that you would normally support, please call and ask them to sign the petition. This would be a pledge not support Data Center development in Chesapeake.
Should we not receive any more Candidate signatures, we will be handing out a very similar version of the above palm card at the early voting poll, at the registra;s Office on Ablemarle Drive. We have some volunteers, we could use more.
Special thanks to all of those who have been able to chip and promote our petition on Change.org. This petition has caused quite a stir in the CURRENT powers that be in our City. If you can kick in a few bucks to promote the petition in it's final week, we will throw huge amounts of appreciation your way!
