🚨 URGENT: Legal Fund Deadline & Next Steps Project 222 Pioneer & N.Courtenay Rezoning 

Good morning, everyone! I wanted to clear up a few things regarding our legal defense. To ensure we have our legal team officially secured and present for the May 7th hearing, we must submit the full retainer by this Friday.

How the funds are being used:
• Official Representation: Having a professional voice at the podium on May 7th.
• Legal Prep: Preparing all evidence and documents to be entered into the permanent record.

Chelsey and I are doing a ton of the legwork ourselves—organizing files for the paralegal and attorney—specifically to keep our billable hours and costs as low as possible.

We are still collecting if you’d like to help! 

ACTION ITEMS:
1. Pledges: If you have already pledged, PLEASE send your payment today so we can hit our Friday deadline.
2. May 7th: Mark your calendars for 5:00 PM. We need to FILL THE ROOM.
