Special Session called by Governor Hutchinson! Urgent Help Needed!

The Arkansas House & Senate have both adjourned from the prior session without acting on the HR1006 resolution. However, Governor Hutchinson has called a special session this Thursday - May 19th, 2016. One of the issues to be addressed is HR1006 and Senator Bill Sample's SR5 resolution which promotes Representative John Vines Resolution to the Senate. These resolutions have the potential to restore careers to hundreds of hard working, deserving Arkansans! Please forward this email or link to our petition to friends, relatives, distant acquaintances, and your own security company or representative. We need all the signatures we can muster to get this resolution over the top! Please also ask them to add comments requesting the legislature to address the language of the resolutions to allow the 10 year exception for all licensees under "The (former) Arkansas Board of Private Investigators and Private Security". As the wording appears currently, a license exception would be granted to a School Security Officer, or Private Security Officer (with the right to carry arms), but not necessarily polygraph & voice stress examiners, or Alarm System company, technicians, salesmen, or monitoring agents.
