People are dying still despite that fatal "signature" for "peace" and nobody cares, since there is NO leadership in DRC, all is remotely controlled with strings attached to the Muppets president of Africa except the AES countries (Burkina Faso, Mali and  Niger) +.Ghana of John Mahma. Who's the visionary leader at the footsteps of Nkruma.  I wish the DRC president showed similar humility like John Mahama to have the COURAGE that African Amercican fought to free black peoplr to embrace the framework or model of  development established by Burkina Faso of  TROARE and what started in Ghana of John Mahama to PAY BACK black Americans and original true leaders like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr and Malcolm X, those courageous black men who sacrificied with COURAGE for the LOVE of their PEOPLE NOT just title or power. That said,  there is some leadership in central bank of the DRC.  It seems this new chief of the DRC central bank approach is up to some change, depending on the beneficiary (yes).
