ASH Street 2.0/ as in Developer Mr Hamm’s pedaling his Defunct Factory on Kettner to Mayor Gloria and Councilman Whitburn is well underway.
A number of the 700 Petition Advocates and neighbors attended a City Council meeting to express our views on the proposed ~$1B transaction to rent the deserted warehouse for 35 years and cram 1 Thousand Souls on cots side by side. Our view is City Council did not hear us or care what we said.
Arm twisting and influence trading will continue until Developer Mr Hamm gets his sweet deal. If we are committed to stopping this we need to activate at higher focus and grow our legal funding capabilities.

Our second rally was great success. Widely covered on TV Stations and the Union Tribune. Our message is out there. Mayor and Council do not hear us.
Our Second Rally is being planned for June 17. Please save the date and details will be shared as soon as this firms up.
