More developments in the media this week on the investment background of the new owners of Rush Press. Amazing how this “deal” comes together without any briefings to communities or City Council. 

The campaign to stop this proposal needs your continuing help and donations. We are intending to hire legal advocacy to address the undisclosed arrangements and negotiations made already without proper authority. 

Please share and bring your neighbors and friends in the loop and ask for their help. 

We are planning a local Community Town Hall so we may all discuss in person our path forward. Will advise as soon as we make arrangements at a local site. 

Our time to respond is Short . If we use Ash Street as a model Mayor and Council will slide this forward with out proper or legal authority, we will only know after the fact but we will suffer the impacts and pay the cost for 35 years!
