The Osburn Pen has had customers from every part of Texas, Alabma, North Carolina, Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.  The City of Overton Council is sending the message loud and clear that visitors to the city and a 40 year old business are not valued.

The complainant doesn't even LIVE in the city.  Just visits 1 -2 times a month!!
