I reached out to the Mayor on this issue and requested a meeting.  Here is his response, verbatim.  

Dear Daniel,

I have contacted the Parking Authority to address your concerns, and they have informed me that they have fulfilled your OPRA request, which you also submitted to me. I understand that you are dissatisfied with the issuance of a parking ticket, as this is a common frustration for many individuals.

Please note that the Parking Authority operates independently from the municipality. I encourage you to attend one of their meetings to express your concerns directly, which will allow them to consider your feedback if they deem it appropriate. They have initiated discussions regarding the potential replacement of older parking meters with new ones at their discretion.

While I am available for a meeting, I believe it would be more advantageous for you to communicate your concerns directly with the Parking Authority in front of their board. If you would still like to arrange a meeting, I can provide you with a selection of available dates.
