As suspected. Layan Nasir (aka, Nasser) has been taken out of Palestine and incarcerated in Damon Prison, located in the hills east of Haifa, Israel. This is the same prison where she was held for several months in the late summer of 2021.

Although this is routine practice for the Israeli Occupation Forces, it is a violation of international law to transfer a prisoner to another country.

Her lawyer was, however, able to visit briefly with Layan, and reports that she is in good spirits. 

He was unable to learn why she was arrested, or what charges, if any, have been filed against Layan at this time.

She had a court hearing related to her previous arrest scheduled in the near future, and had met all of the court's requirements.
